Realtors from Steamboat Springs and Craig, Colorado joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties for our Selling Incentive $10,000 giveaway event. Any agent that sold a Coldwell Banker Distinctive Property or Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Property listing was automatically entered to win!
The event was held at Aurum Food & Wine in beautiful downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado on Yampa Street. The evening began with drinks, appetizers, and a room full of anxious real estate agents waiting to see who would take home the big prize! Todd Conklin and Thersea Pemberton began the drawing by pulling the entries one by one until only the final three remained.
The final entries were Karen and Mix Beauvias of the Silver Oak Team, Yvonne and Roy McAnally and Ashly Shipman of the McAnally Team and Steve Novack. They were given a choice to either split the winnings, or continue to draw until one final winner remained. It was an intense moment as they grouped together to make a decision. The crowd went wild waiting to hear the final decision. In the end, they all decided to split the $10,000 three ways. Congratulations to everyone!! Stayed tuned for the next $10,000 Giveaway.
